Scope of duties and authorities:
- Coordination of control environment and integrated risk management substantiation with regard to the internal control system
- Supervision of the company’s operation with regard to the operative legal and ethical rules, furthermore to take the necessary measures for compliance, report and risk analysis creation
- Contribution in the estimation of the integrity and corruption risks regarding the operation of the company. The scope of duties includes especially but not exclusively the complying of the rules of professional ethics, furthermore the receiving and investigation of the integrity and corruption notifications.
- Contribution in internal control tasks.
