The main task of the Department is to coordinate, regulate and organize the processes in associate with the HR management of the Company.

Main activities:

  • to ran the performance-evaluate system, motivation system, compensation and benefit syatem of the Company;
  • to prepare and supervise job descriptions for the employees;
  • to coordinate the processes of the payroll calculation, employee registration, and handle the labour datas;
  • to coordinate the educational programs in order to improve the skills of the employees;
  • to organize and coordinate of the satisfaction monitoring of the employees;
  • to organize the programs of the Company;
